1. The structure of Jiangmen ceiling fan components is relatively disorderly, and the accuracy of the components during production does not meet the requirements, resulting in disharmony between the components, poor fit, and stress during installation.
2. When drilling rivet holes, the straightness, ovality, and taper do not meet the quality standards of the platform;
3. When drawing rivet holes, the straightness, viewpoint of the hole, and luminosity do not meet the quality requirements;
4. After drilling and scratching, the cleanliness between components is not high, with burrs and aluminum shavings between interlayers;
5. The quality of putty used for airtight riveting, adhesive used in the joints, and adhesive film does not meet the requirements;
6. The quality of rivet production and the hardness of the rivet's aging period both have an impact on the loosening of the rivet.
Loose rivets are generally not difficult to solve, except in special circumstances. It is only necessary to pay attention to the riveting process, carefully construct, and strictly require each process from the riveting program of the assembly and components to easily overcome loose rivets.
The first thing to do is to ensure good adhesion of parts, especially those with disorderly structures. From the beginning of production preparation, attention should be paid to selecting suitable fixtures to ensure the quality of fixture production, coordination between parts, and eliminate stress during riveting installation.
When installing assemblies and components, there should be a sufficient number of positioning rivets, screws, spring pins, etc., and they should not be reduced arbitrarily without effort. The distance should be appropriate, and the distance between thin structural components and pre fixed components should not exceed 200mm for panels below 1mm, and 300mm for panels below 1.5mm.
When drilling, the selection of drill bits is strictly in accordance with the technical requirements, and the viewpoint of the drill bit should be different according to the information of the parts being drilled. The viewpoint should be accurate, and the drilling should be straight. When using an air drill to drill holes on riveted parts with a thickness of 5 millimeters or more, a straight drill sleeve or drill die should be selected as much as possible to ensure the straightness of the hole. Use a mallet to press against the opposite side to prevent burrs and aluminum shavings from falling into the gaps between the layers. After drilling, it is necessary to remove burrs from the hole edge and use a drill bit with a diameter greater than twice the drilling diameter and a top angle of 120 ° -160 °. The luminosity inside and outside the hole shall not be lower than that of V5. When the interlayer thickness is above 5 millimeters and the rivet hole is greater than 3.5 millimeters, small holes should be drilled first, and then expanded 1-2 times to the final scale. Drilling is the most critical process that has the greatest impact on the loosening of rivets.
When riveting, the length of the rivet should meet the requirements. It is best to be 0.5-1 millimeters longer than the theoretical calculation value, because the thickness of the interlayer data is often too thick (the plate is generally positive), and the thickness of the paint layer should also be added. Lengthened rivets are used to ensure the height scale of the rivet head, ensure that the riveted structural components are tightly fitted, and prevent single-sided gaps in the rivet head.
When airtight riveting, the interlayer must be cleaned thoroughly, and every part in the interlayer must be flat without any gaps. When using adhesive film for sealing, the thickness of the adhesive film must not exceed the regular value of 0.3 millimeters. The adhesive film must have a sufficient activity period during the riveting time. When selecting XM adhesive, in addition to the above requirements, the adhesive solution should not be too thick to ensure even application.
The loosening of rivets in the Jiangmen ceiling fan is nothing more than the above factors. When producing Jiangmen ceiling fans, the operators only need to be able to follow the above process carefully, and the quality problem of loose rivets in Jiangmen ceiling fans will definitely not appear.
